Geronimo Tzikin is the Director of Film Production for My Clean Ocean — leading the visual storytelling that turns underwater footage into films capable of changing how communities see the sea.
A Colombian filmmaker by training, Geronimo's career has been recognized at festivals across the Americas. He produced the feature Pandemonium (2020), which earned Best Picture at the International Panama Horror Film Festival and opened the 37th edition of Bogocine the same year. He has collaborated with established Latin American directors including Gabriel Retes.
What drew him to My Clean Ocean is what shaped his own path. Raised in Colombia, Geronimo attended Instituto Paulo Freire High School before earning a full scholarship to Manuela Beltran University, where he completed his bachelor's degree in film production. That scholarship — a door opened to a young person from outside the industry — is the same door My Clean Ocean opens every day for the next generation. He brings that conviction here: that filmmaking, taught and shared, can transform lives and protect oceans at the same time.
